All our rates are
inclusive of power and water consumption. Booking
conditions: 25% deposit, (payment options: wire transfer or checque by mail
)settlement upon arrival. On arrival to the accommodation,
please give a copy of your identity papers to the contact person for legal
prescribed registration. The contact person of the domicile has the right to
refuse admittance guests who do not present identity papers. |

Minimum stay: one week (in
high, mid season and in april and may) in different period it is possible to
spend short stays (3 days) for € 130,00 to day. - Check-in on Saturday at
4:00 p.m. (in case of different arrival times, please contact us by phone). - Check-out on Saturday
within 10:00 a.m. |
